I don't presume to know how much extra work is required for them, but it's certainly not fair to give a 6* guild the same reward as a 40* guild.
And since they've already committed to giving everyone the exact reward they got last TB, I don't even know why changing it would be necessary or desired...unless you're in a 6* guild, which is then you asking for more free stuff than you're already getting.
Nothing about this request makes any sense to me.
