My question is, will we get the rewards we were supposed to get? I admit I did this a few times by mistake. My original rewards said they were a full furnace and stun cuff salvage- super excited me- but when I went to apply them to toons, they were not there. So I did what we always have to do when raid rewards don't show up and another mail showed up. Different gear, same results. I did this 3 or 4 times before I noticed credits and shards were collecting. I don't care if you take the extra stuff, but I never got the gear I was supposed to from the start. And for those that care, I didn't do it enough to get suspended and stopped once I realized what was happening, but to begin with it looked like they were cheating me, not I was cheating them.

^agree with this. Take your time fixing all other bugs first, maybe add few new raids and events too before you Lift the suspension. After Rogue One comes out sound reasonable?

Those of us who didn't cheat would prefer that the Devs spend their time first fixing all the bugs we've been reporting, AND THEN clear these cheaters' accounts. Don't worry, cheaters. It should only take about a month or two to get back to you.

dont speak for everyone, i'd much rather they take the resources away from the cheaters first, if it doesnt happen now it likely will never happen, the bug fixing will take them forever anyway and even then the game will never be 100% bug free

I'm saying keep their accounts suspended for a long while, and then remove the resources and restore their accounts.

Didn't know this until the announcement. Cheers to ensuring any who exploited it don't benefit from it and for acting quickly to prevent the issue being compounded. For any caught unintentionally, hope it resolves quickly and your original drops are returned. Any chance the top few who obviously figured it out and knowingly exploited it will be banned?

how so? if they immediately take the resources away that those players got through a glitch and suspended them I think that is fair. If by "bug fixes" you guys mean preventing this from happening in the future then yes that is a good idea, when I read "bug fixes" I assume they mean fixing bugs in the characters, which we all know is a never ending battle that probably wont ever go away

It's entirely possible that some collected loot a couple of times by mistake. If the loot is taken away, what the heck do we need a witch hunt for? Just let the devs do their job.

Their accounts are suspended. Using your analogy, this is liken to serving time.

The suspension and loss of goods is appropriate punishment.

Punishment makes sense. Remove benefits and locked out for a bit. The lock out won't last long, they will want these people spending money.
