By the way OP I really agree with your sentiment and what you're saying buffs/nerfs should be more common in a game like this, would be very enjoyable, and I'd love to see less complaining about it every time a nerf is even mentioned. And issues should be dealt with weekly (daily). It'd make a much better game, but simply can't be done because of 1. the gear issue, 2. EA is too cheap to manage the game properly.
In other words EA wants to 1. get loads of money 2. spend almost nothing.
And not care if something sucks or anything could be better :).
So instead we can just line their pockets :)
