Reduced refreshes
I never got the reduced refreshes. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice and still don’t have it. Anyone else having this issue?

- it's reduced cost on node refreshes. Not on energy. Does that clear it up or do you still have an issue?
- No it does. I thought it was emery refreshes lol but that’d be too good to be true. Thanks for your help
