Does the cost stay at 50 crystals no matter how many times you refresh in a day?

Brain dead earlier. For some reason o was thinking of normal/Hard mode.
I want to say fifty each time, but don't think I've ever done more than two full refreshes or single cool down refreshes, so can't say for sure
