Regarding Darth Nihilus “annihilate” cooldown

Question

Is Darth Nihilus annihilate ability supposed to cooldown by 1 on a regular turn taken, assuming he does not use force drain and does not dispel a buff with his basic, or does it only cooldown when one of his first two abilities meet the requirement that will decrease the cooldown? Seeing some whacky things and I would like to know what is considered as working as intended

So for example if he was stunned and his tm reached 100% and the stun was dispelled after his “turn”, would the cooldown of annihilate still reduce by 1? Or is it going to remain at the previous cooldown

Never mind, please ignore this thread. I now understand that it reduces the cool down of force drain, and not annihilate *facepalm*
