They won't. They don't want it to be so empirically obvious just how much we don't want this.
When you look at the data driven metrics that Ahnald101 was able to share, CG would have us believe the relic delta would only affect 1.2% of the players attacking with low relic toons vs R9. They only looked at GAC. There was no data from TW or how it affects Conquest Normal and Hard. And as with all data driven metrics, it was cherry picked information which excluded datacrons. EA/CG is going to force this on us no matter what we say or how emphatical we are NO ONE wants this. Ahnald even summed up CG's replies to the testers, "we are reading the forums, reddit and post on influencers videos, the community needs to stop whinning" That is how CG sees our views, we are whiners.
Sop spending, that is the only way to effectively shut down CG's TONE DEAF community destruction.
