Relic Delta = The Death of SWGOH
I’ve played SWGOH for years. I’ve stayed free-to-play, but many of my friends have spent thousands keeping this game alive. Every single one of them has already said the same thing: if Relic Delta launches, they’re gone. And honestly, so am I.
Relic Delta is not a “tweakable” feature. It’s not something you can reduce, test, or slowly slide into the game. It’s fundamentally destructive:
- It kills strategy. The fun of SWGOH has always been finding ways to beat stronger rosters with smart play. Relic Delta removes that.
- It punishes investment in mods, counters, and mechanics. All that matters is raw relic levels.
- It widens the gap between F2P and spenders, and even spenders are saying they’re done. If the people who have funded this game walk away, how do you think this ends?
- It turns every mode into stat-check garbage. GAC, TW, raids, even PvE — all ruined.
And here’s the point that needs to land:
We don’t care if you lower the percentages. We don’t care if you limit where it applies. We don’t care if you call it “experimental.”
We do not want Relic Delta in the game. Period.
CG, you want money? Then give us what the community has been begging for for years: KOTOR characters, Force Unleashed, Legends, Expanded Universe content. I know tons of people who would instantly spend for Darth Plagueis, Starkiller expansions, or other beloved legends. How the hell are you so blind?
Stop pushing mechanics nobody asked for. Start giving us content people will actually pay for.
