Strategy didn't die with this update, it was already dead. The game is fundamentally RNG which you can mitigate with cash, and has been for years. Anyone who thought it was still strategy until a few weeks ago is deluded.
What complete and utter nonsense from you. RNG is only a factor when you are using non-optimal teams, that applies across all game modes.
issue for you is your strategy is poor if you are being punished by RNG.
Ahh, you're one of those people who like to kid themselves that they're good at the lottery.
RNG determines nearly everything. How many shards or gear pieces you get on each farm, 90% of every mod interaction, the details of nearly everything you do in nearly every battle...
It isn't that you are not a slave to RNG in the game, it is that you lack the wit to realise it.
