Relic levels should be more meaningful for ships.

I think we have gone long enough with this G12 pilot being nearly as strong as a R9 pilot. This would also help with “mirror” matches. The spirit of this game is leveling up you characters and there needs to be incentive/reward to do that with ship pilots..
