Remove all mods below 5 dot mods

They can’t be upgraded. They’re totally useless.

All they do is clog up the mod store and remove any incentive to spend mod energy to actually farm mods.

May as well just wait and buy them or get them from an event.

It’s gotta be in their 5 year plan. We know eventually 7• mods will make its way into the game.

That means me’re getting 6• A B C D E & 7• A B C D E... they’ll eventually revamp the mod battles to include 6• & 7• splicing materials... but that is a looooooooong ways away. Can imagine splicing a 5• mod to 7• ?! ?
