Ya. The game needs to be more fluid with mods. Big task to reassign all mods. Ranks right up there with cleaning the garage/basement or reorganizing the kitchen.
Developers, please look into more efficient mod utilization. Something like a way to keep mods saved as a grouping that way you can build them like you would a team. And a way to switch a mod directly to another character would be needed.
