If I can't play with my phone and tablet, the alternative is easy: uninstall the game.
Carrying the PC is quite uncomfortable. Mine is a bit heavy. And plugging it in the middle of a street isn't easy, either.
If you're playing in the middle of the street, you have more problems than a heavy PC.
