Requirements to unlock the Chimera

It would be very helpful to know these. Seems like 5 rebel ships at 5 stars including ghost and Phantom but would that include Ackbar's ship? But it's new event could be different, maybe just 3 ships ...

It's a rip off. Again. I thought we had got away from this.

So, will the packs be 599 crystals, 1299 crystals or 2499 crystals?
