Nope. Have to disagree. I'm in an old shard (November 2015), because of a long break in playing I'm barely around 200-300 in the arena, but I'm first or second in the fleet battles every day. The only cash I spent on this game was a 4.99$ crystal pack. Once.
But I do agree that 20 zetas is a lot. If I wanted to spend my fleet tokens on the zeta, I would fall to far behind in fleet power. As it is, I'm still unable to get the 5* Executrix required to do the challenge and get the zetas that way.
