Reset time

Does everyone reset at midnight est or midnight local time? I hate the current time (I'm est) and wish it would reset earlier like at 6 pm est or at noon.

Thanks for the info. I fight with myself most nights about staying up for the reset but when I do I'm up until at least 1 am and I really should be sleeping.
