He destroyed her home world. She eventually saw the light and joined Meetra's party on the light side and was influential in defeating Nihilus in the game story - so it makes sense she has anti sith abilities.
Here's the issue with this, she was an APPRENTICE to a SITH LORD until your character shows up, and gets her to switch back to the light side. My character didn't switch her to the light side. She started out Dark Side and stayed Dark Side. She shouldn't be a light side character. She was introduced in to KoTOR2 as a Dark Side character, just like HK47. Yet he's marked Dark Side and you had the option to make him Light Side
