Rewards are not fair for Newcomer and Late Starter

I think it is time to say that it is not fair how the rewards are handled in swgoh.  Late Starter for example a fife year old account or newbees have no chance again the rewards flood of 10 Legends ...

Why do you think a new player account should be able to compete with someone that has been playing for years?  That makes no sense.
