No need to panic-farm folks. This has all been easily predictable since the BB-8 event. Just remember how the Thrawn event worked with Phoenix, and how CLS worked.
In short, the BB-8 event will return soon, and the Rey event will happen right afterwards. Also, the shipment toons will be made farmable one maybe two weeks before. One possibility is that this can all be tied into a Thanksgiving (US) extra-long double-drop weekend where FO and the Vet Smugglers have double-drops. There will also be bundles to buy, but I'm guessing they might do a US$80 pack with shards of Rey, Finn, and the vet smugglers in one package.
Anyway, if that's the timeline, we should expect the BB-8 event the week after Thanksgiving (November 26 - December 2 ish) and the Rey event to follow thereafter. That would wrap things up a week before the movie comes out, so possibly push the Rey event back one more week.
That gives you four weeks to get FO ready, and five to six for vet smugglers.
An alternative timeline would put the event after TLJ comes out, but I'd plan on it coming sooner rather than later.
