Probably Resistance and BB8. R2D2 unlocks with Empire, and there's a whole bunch of Empire characters for you to choose from so you can be a little more flexible with your farming. BB8 requires First Order and you only have five characters to farm, so you don't have that flexibility. Plus, First Order Storm Trooper is a Hard Node only farm (though, with three locations, it should only take 6 weeks of sustained farming, depending on how many shards you've gotten from other sources by the time you unlock the third node) and First Order TIE Pilot is fleet, but you're going to want to do those two nodes, too, to speed it up.

Not Hero's Journey battles. They're built around the concept of recreating iconic points of the movie they came from--so Luke's Journey has a bunch of fights themed around when Luke and folks were on the Death Star and freed Leia and required specific characters who were in that moment.
