Rey and SLKR Tier III soft-lock compensation
On June 16, 2021, an issue caused by the update was acknowledged. As Salacious_Crumb wrote:
“Tier III of Galactic Legend Rey and Kylo's Event Crash
We are aware of an issue in Tier III of Supreme Leader Kylo Ren and Rey's Galactic Ascension events that causes a soft lock when completing these missions. Players who were impacted by this will be addressed after a hotfix resolves this issue. We are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.”
The studio did quickly address the issue through a hotfix released on June 18, 2021. However, as of the date of this post, June 26, 2021, there has not been as of yet any announcement or additional information about forthcoming compensation for or other reconciliation with the players affected. This lack of communication and prompt action stands in stark contrast with the quick response to the Chirrut/Baze feat issue which had compensation within 48 hours. Are those of us who were affected to understand that there will be no compensation?
