Other glass cannons don't hit as hard because they have other kinds of utility. GS gets turn meter boost on crits, FOTP inflicts defense down, IG86/88 have insane synergy with droids/Poggle/Jawa engineer, Leia goes stealthed and provides crit chance boost to everybody. What does Rey do besides hit hard? Offense up for herself and foresight...ooohhhh
However, I do understand the complaints are not actually about Rey but are about her and Royal Guard. Whittle her health down and use an assist attack before he auto taunts or run a dispeller to remove the auto taunt. If you try to remove the taunt and you miss because Dooku or Old Ben is the lead then your problem isn't with Rey, it's with Dooku and Old Ben applying evade to everyone, which is something that I do believe needs to be fixed.
Nerf Rey and people will just replace her with Leia. Nerf Leia and people will replace her with GS or FOTP. Nerf them and people will run droids and complain that there are no good DPS outside of droids so EA will create a new DPS character that will be amazing that everybody will call for nerfs for. See the cycle?
