Rey is totally busted.

On assist she should not be able to proc foresight off of her basic attack. I just played a game where she never dropped foresight the entire match because of assists and phasma leader skill, even...

She needs to be free of debuffs and have offense up to 1 shot anything. She needs 2 turns to achieve offense up on her own. So if you let her get offense up and don't stun or debuff her, then it's your own fault.
She is also one of the most difficult to gear up in the whole game.

Besides. She is one of the most popular Star Wars characters ever. At least right now she is. Of course everyone plays with her.
On top of that. Thanks to her regular presence in the guild shop, she's easy to get.
