She won’t be a direct Skywalker. A Palpatine or Kenobi, maybe; or a distant nonbiological “Skywalker” technically if Darth Sidious created her like he did Anakin. Virgin Mary Sue, if you will. If Skywalker becomes a title, her name will prolly be Skywalker Rey.
Either way, she’ll be a Hero’s Journey character with 3 zetas. It’s ultimately up to Carrie if she wants Rey to be meta material, since the players aren’t allowed to rely on theorycrafting to dictate the meta. ?
