true RNG also means some people have bad luck. If a thousand people flip 10 coins you can expect that one of them has all heads for example even though the average is 5 heads 5 tails

But all of a sudden, when I purchase crystals to dedicate to Shortrooper last Thursday (pay day), he's nowhere to be found. I bought one 8 shard shipment then and one 4 shard on Friday morning. I have all these 4 and 5 star health mods, constantly getting more and more. But once I got it down to only needing the Triangle mod, ZERO.

This makes absolutely no sense.

Not saying it reads minds. I'm saying it goes through your inventory, calculates what you've been farming, and adjusts from there. Basically, it's designed to makes you spend more and more money.

Which is whatever. I'm saying it's beyond aggrivating.

I could see that, but I'm looking for two "pieces." The fact that both are nowhere to be found seems way too fishy.

Triangle mod is a very rare beast. It is rare for me too (and im not trying to farm one). Maybe you assumed that all mods are distributed equally.
