2 weeks now. Every single refresh I look at guild shop and no JE. I even spend 100 crystal every day on refreshing, and for some reason 33% chance translates into 0% chance of getting JE.
It's almost like dodge where AI 15% translates into 90% and player 15% translates into 0%.
