Login-character generally focuses on mid-to-low value, usually older units and favors newer players while older players often end up turning them in for shard shop currency.
This is nothing to get worked up over.
This toon doesn't even help newer players. They can acquire him so easily. Not asking for any game changing toon, but just not one of the easier to 7*....
