It's clearly a bug. If you look at 6:49 in the video it shows the description of Savage's Overpower and it still says it can't be evaded. "Deal physical damage to target enemy and gain critical chance up and critical damage up for 3 turns on a finishing blow. If the target has 50% health or below, this attack deals massive damage and can't be evaded."

Maul had a green health bar with is over 50% health, not a bug
Yeah, I hadn't watched the video to the 8:10 mark yet, but I saw the description and 6:49 and figured that 3C4T knew what he was talking about with the dodge thing. Got to 8:10 and realized health bar was still green.
