Scimitar and slave 1 removed from shipments?

I used to farm scimitar and Slave 1 from Fleet shipment but i havent seen them for at least week or so. Drop rate before was about one of these ships per day(3 refreshes). Did they removed them from s...

They are very rare for me too. I have several maxed out except these two that are stuck at 4 star.
