Scimitar and slave 1 removed from shipments?

I used to farm scimitar and Slave 1 from Fleet shipment but i havent seen them for at least week or so. Drop rate before was about one of these ships per day(3 refreshes). Did they removed them from s...

Slave 1 is at 76/80 for 2 weeks now. :)
