Can't get past round 4 of first Challenge, and probably won't since I have no plans to put relics on my G12 Nightsisters, and making a few hundred runs hoping for good RNG is not my style. I'd say it ...

1) I'm guessing you have no source on this "they tweak the events" claim.
2) Again, people doing the event wrong doesn't mean it's not working properly.
