SEE shipment never received

You guys have given me the run around after purchasing this shipment, I have given you everything you asked for and more. There is no way you can’t tell I purchased this. Your last response was you’ll be able to repurchase if you get a refund from iTunes which is not true it was a short lived product. Your customer service is a joke. I’ve played since a few days after launch and recently purchased SKR package with no issues. I’m super close to calling it quits after spending hours messaging you and providing screenshots
