Sell mods

I want to sell the two mods that are not locked in the picture below, but when I want to sell them they don't appear in the list. Does anyone know why?

Are you positive? I have a lot of loadouts and I have a few that I can't for sure account for but am guessing that's why.

In order for the enemy teams in conquest to stop being undying, you must remove the Training Droids Data Disk from your inventory!
