Every character has an inherit 150% crit damage rating.... taking 50% off that means the enemy crits for 100% normal damage...
Unless there jedi, in which case they get a 100% penalty to crit damage giving them only a +50% bonus to critical hits vs. Grevious lead.
This is hardly OP as the current -20% penalty general grevious CURRENTLY inflicts is not even noticable.
And as stated above, the sepatists had palpatine feeding them info on fleet locations, strength, numbers, etc... so giving seperatists a half a turn meter head start will not make them OP but rather maybe, just maybe make them competive with the current arena teams and capable of attaining #1 and doing better than most on defense with that TM boost.
The fear mechanic i introduced is just a thought, that part may be OP but thats why were discussing it.
