I would have loved to spend 5 hours to complete the event ... I actually unlocked 6* on the first day, but it took me until 1 hour before the event finished before I got lucky enough to finish 7* (fully ftp). Unless you have full g12’s with any possible zetas, almost nothing will guarantee finishing within a certain amount of time, sorry to say.
