Nice try CG’s “reputation management” employee.- Code that’s guaranteed to be free from bugs is extremely hard to achieve and not really feasible in a mobile game where the developers don’t have complete control over the hardware being used to run the program.
However it’s very clear from the kind of failures we see from CG at an alarmingly high rate that they don’t have a functioning process for development/testing/qa/deployment. And since this isn’t a new problem it’s hard to see that this will ever change because it’s obvious management doesn’t understand nor care about it to change. "IronCross;c-2338239" wrote:

Your serious q misses the point entirely. We're not talking minor bugs. We're talking game breaking bugs. Mode breaking bugs that lead to entire mode/event cancellations. And they've been disgustingly common over the past 6 months, let alone the past year. Just in the past 2 months they've been outright ridiculous.
No one expects perfection. But these aren't minor bugs. These are huge bugs and CG has now become a meme unto themselves about each update breaking the game.
