Set 17 secondary stats has a higher chance to land crap stats

I have 4 datacrons and every secondary stat that I've rolled has been nothing but potency, tenacity, crit avoidance and resistance penetration. One might argue that those are good stats but IMO, those are the worst stats in this set. Where is the Defense, give me Armor Penetration or Critical Damage or even Health steal. It's obvious that these crappier stats have been progammed for a higher percentage to land, forcing the player base to spend on constant re-rolls for the ones they want. Even if you re-roll, you're going to continue to pull these crap stats. This game is becoming unbearable with these types of decisions that CG makes. It's no wonder many guilds are calling it quits lately and players are just fed up and leaving en masse.
