Shard drop rates very different

I've taken lobot from 0/100 to 97/100 in a short amount of time. Every day, 2x hard nodes only (1x12 energy 1x16 energy). I swear I hit at LEAST 2/5 for each node, each day. Found dookus shards ...

I'd think that the harder battles have a lower drop rate logically which I wouldn't mind.
