Shard Drops

Question

It makes it tough on new players trying to level up their characters when they’re not awarded character shards.  Doesn’t make sense to win the same battle 5 times and not be awarded any character shards.  Especially when there’s a double drop event.  Not all of us want to spend money on app purchases.

There's no guarantee on shard drops - sometimes you're just unlucky. My Piett was stuck on 93/100 for a week because I got nothing from any of the 35 battles I did. It's just luck, and it will change - sometimes you'll get 5, sometimes you'll get none - and sometimes, like some chap I've seen on reddit today who got 20 Juhani shards. That's just the way the dice roll.
