The game has hundreds of issues and bugs and this is what you would like developmental resources spent on?
But they already have most of the other rewards in there as 4-7, 15-25, 10-15, it just can't be that hard to write all the rewards like that when 3/4 of the rewards in that exact tier of the challenge are already written in such a form. It just can't be that hard to write it as 0-2, instead of "Oh yeah you might get 2 of these.... but once you run it a few times you'll realize you'll probably get none"
