Ship battle in Grand arena isn't "working"

I don't agree.
The reason this is called Ship & Characters fight, its because we (supposed) in grand arena to have also Spaceship fights, something we dont see.
The ship fight should and must be Mandatory. For all. Otherwise, its just a character fight in Grand arena with no difference.
And please tell me, how many people do have the negotiator? In my server which i m first, i have seen not even one. Its a very rare capital ship but even though, its not unbeatable. The majority of the players have Home one, Chimeara, or Executrix.
Developers: Please fix this. Make mandatory ship fights and put them in first line, otherwise the so called ship fight in Grand arena is a complete failure.
