Ship Challenges large increase in dificulty

Wowza, this thread still going? I mean its obvious that the challenges are harder then before, its common sense, you don't just get people suddenly complaining about being un-able to complete the very first challenges (that were extremely easy before considering you had only the starting ships) unless something has changed to make it harder then it should be.

I dare people to go start a new alt and get to ships and experience it for yourself, its horrible. New players are skrewed. :(
