I THINK IT SHOULD GIVE REVELS BONUSES WHEN THEY ATTACK OUT OF TURN AND HAVE RAVEN CLAW/HOME ONE SYNERGY.

And you're really bringing up those topics and measuring them against this? Of course those are bigger issues, but it's not exactly something I can help from my laptop...
