Ship speed
Does anyone have an idea what mods or whatever affect ship speeds? I can never tell whose going first in my fleet beca It changes evEry time.

Mods on heroes give a flat bonus based on dots and levels. Any 5* lvl 15 mod gives the same bonus as any other.
