Worst way to release such a large update in the history of the game!
Why couldn't we get a proper information about the changes several days beforehand?
Why do we still not have a proper changelog on all ships stats and abilities, like we get for every other rework?
There is more and sufficiently early information on every single character rework. But when we change a whole game mode, why bother, right? Having seen this bring to life of ships 2.0 yesterday, I think the perceived disengagement with ships is much more on the developer side than on the player side.
This was really a slap into the face of everyone who wanted to keep on enjoying ships. The developers clearly communicated to all engaged ships players: "We believe ships are bad as they are, so no one will mind if we change the whole mode overnight. We give a fuck and you will figure it out on your own. To do so we also allow no time to prepare."
I have enjoyed playing ships since they have been introduced. I could never understand why people thought the ships are not fun. Now i am feeling differently. What if my rushed strategy turns out wrong, can i get my ship udgrades from yesterday rolled-back?
Sorry for venting here, but this has me really pissed. Why do squads constantly get more attention than ships? Even when you are actually updating ship, you screw up the process!
