Yes I have heard the same elsewhere. Neg and Mal seem to be pretty evenly matched and it seems the old h.m.f. line ups can still climb too. I'm still running Chim with a bunch of maxed out ships and can break into the top 10 occassionally. Still hoarding my currency so no Neg or Mal for me yet! Lol!
