Should GAC award bonuses for attacking earlier?

I think it would make sense to give bonus points for each battle in GAC depending on when it takes place. I would break it into 4 6 hour chunks. In the first 6 hours I would give 3 bonus points per ba...

You can move your fleet payout time to a time you know you can be consistently free. You cannot move the attack phase of GAC.

I’ve seen GAC matches where the difference between winning and losing was by 1 point. You really want to give the win to someone who is able to attack first simply because their opponent is sleeping?
