Should GAC award bonuses for attacking earlier?

I think it would make sense to give bonus points for each battle in GAC depending on when it takes place. I would break it into 4 6 hour chunks. In the first 6 hours I would give 3 bonus points per ba...

What I don't get is how some think that others have more than 24 hours in a day, In a day we all have to sleep, eat, take care of hygene, do chores, work/school, and play GAC. Surely in a 24 hour period everyone can find enough time to play GAC.
