We all know the place RNG has in this game, but for everything else in the game we know what we are working towards (each level, *, gear piece gives the bonus we expect)For mods, it is a crap shoot. Spend crystals, coins, or energy to get a good base mod then spend more credits just to watch the wrong stats get increased. I stopped buying mods because of thisI would buy mods again if they did this

That would be nice! You could stop wasting credits on useless mods just for a chance of it to upgrade the star you want.

@spotremix The secondary speed stats are crucial for arena success and help tremendously in HAAT raid. I couldn't imagine not paying them any attention.

Should mods tell you what they will be at max level when at level 1?

Would be nice if they just decreased the amount each upgrade does, then have all stats show at lvl 4(with a low value). Then increase to "final" value with hit points at 5, 10, and 15 (current is 6,9,12)

Then we can see all stats with low investment and end with same values of current system.

Aren't mod upgrades random? Wouldn't that make it impossible to predict what it will upgrade to?
