Should SF be proc'ing critical down through foresight?
I cracked SF with Rey, she had foresight, he countered and Rey wound up with critical chance down. Should that be proc'ing through foresight like that?

I think speed down goes through even if dodged, also QGJ still reduces TM when dodged. I think the only one that doesn't work when dodged is RG, he used to stun all the time on missed attacks but they changed it
